Myles has been the president of Glick/Boehm & Associates since 1981. He has a broad experience in all aspects of architectural practice, producing award winning designs and bringing a unique combination of technical experience and management overview to projects. Previously providing the Kiawah Island Company with guidance, as Director of Design and Construction for seven years, Myles has developed an in depth knowledge of the development business, and brings a focused approach to the design team from the developer’s point of view.

In addition to his architectural responsibilities, Myles focuses on the firm’s marketing and business development, and provides backup to Glick/Boehm’s construction contract administration department to motivate Contractors to meet schedules and promote quality control.

Myles received his Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Cincinnati in 1973, and has been a registered architect since 1976.

Gary has been a Principal with Glick/Boehm & Associates since 1981. With over thirty years of architectural design experience he has repeatedly been recognized by his peers, clients and professional organizations with regional and national awards for design achievement.

In his role as Design Principal, Gary is responsible for maintaining Programming and Design quality for all Glick/Boehm projects. He leads multi-disciplinary teams to identify clients’ needs, and find high quality design solutions commensurate with functional and budgetary requirements. Gary is very effective spearheading efforts towards winning project approvals from neighborhood groups, zoning committees and governmental review boards.

Gary received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1977, and has been a registered Architect since 1981.

Shawn has been with Glick/Boehm & Associates since 1994 and was promoted to the position of Principal in 2006. He has overseen a wide range of private and government sector projects, including commercial, hospitality, healthcare, department of defense, religious, historic, and residential. Shawn has taken projects from conception through all aspects of design and construction.

Shawn’s responsibilities include overseeing the project delivery process from beginning to end and providing continuous client contact throughout the project duration. Shawn produces feasibility studies, construction budgets, site analyses, programming documents, concept and schematic designs. He also oversees multi-discipline consultant teams, coordinates construction documents, produces specifications and oversees construction contract administration.

Shawn received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from Wentworth Institute of Technology in 1991 and has been a registered Architect since 1996.
